Each treatment is customized based on your individual goals, muscle movement, and desired results. Our providers will select the most appropriate product to ensure optimal outcomes at every visit.

This membership offers a streamlined approach to maintaining smooth, refreshed results—without the commitment of a full-service aesthetic membership.

• $129 to start (includes consultation + membership activation) 
• $9.72/month

 Preferred member rate: $7.54 per unit 

Treatment plans and dosing are customized per client.

• Membership is billed monthly at $9.72 
• Membership may be canceled at any time 
• If membership is canceled and later reactivated, a new activation fee will apply

• Membership benefits remain active only while payments are current 
• If a payment is declined or missed, a $25 NSF fee will be applied for that billing cycle. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment information is current and valid prior to billing. NSF fees will still apply in the event of a declined transaction, including instances of compromised or expired cards. 
• To reinstate membership, the account must be brought current or re-enrolled with a new activation fee

• Treatment type is determined by the provider based on clinical assessment and desired outcome 
• Unit usage varies per individual and treatment area 
• Results and longevity may vary 

• Membership does not include banked funds or service credits 
• Membership pricing applies to neurotoxin treatments only 
• Membership benefits are non-transferable
